By using the Turkish National Lottery website (the "Site" or "Service"), you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides information services: publishing draw results, viewing archives, checking tickets by number, and a personal account for viewing ticket statuses.

We may temporarily modify, suspend or discontinue any services without prior notice when required for technical, legal or organisational reasons.

1. 18+ only. Use of the Site is permitted only to adults of legal age.
2. Access provision. Account creation is by administrator invitation. Self-registration is temporarily closed.
3. Security. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all actions taken under your account.
4. Access suspension. We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these Terms or as required by law.

1. Online purchase unavailable. Ticket ordering and payment on the Site are temporarily unavailable from your jurisdiction. Attempting a purchase will display an explanation and alternative options (results, ticket checking, contact).
2. Ticket checking. Ticket status is informational and depends on the availability and accuracy of draw data. Where data is incomplete, statuses of pending or no_result may appear.
3. Payouts & Prizes. The Site does not process payments or make online payouts. Prize collection procedures are governed by the rules of the relevant draw organiser.

1. Site materials (texts, design, logos, interfaces) are protected by intellectual property rights.
2. You may use the Site and its materials for personal, non-commercial purposes provided source references are maintained.
3. Copying, distributing or adapting materials beyond what is permitted by law or expressly authorised by us is prohibited.

• Using the Site in violation of age or jurisdictional restrictions.
• Attempting to bypass technical restrictions (purchases / registration) or gaining unauthorised access.
• Uploading malicious code or interfering with servers or networks.
• Violating third-party rights, spreading misinformation, or sending spam.

The Site is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy, but do not guarantee the absence of errors, completeness or uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for:

• indirect or incidental losses, lost profits;
• disruptions caused by providers, networks, software or third-party services;
• actions of users who breach these Terms or applicable law.

We make no express or implied warranties regarding the fitness of the Site for any particular purpose, commercial value, or the accuracy of draw data at any given moment.

The processing of personal data and the use of cookies are governed by the Privacy Policy. By using the Site you agree to that Policy.

These Terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the Site operator is registered, excluding conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes shall, where possible, be resolved through negotiation; failing that, in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. The date of the last revision is shown above. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
