Why can I not buy a ticket online?

Due to jurisdiction restrictions. The ticket-checking and results service is available to everyone, but purchases are temporarily closed.

I reached the payment screen — what happens if I click "Pay"?

We will show an explanation about the purchase being unavailable from your country, along with alternative options (ticket checking, results, contact).

Can I register myself?

Not yet. Access is granted by an administrator. If you were promised access — check your inbox and spam folder, or write to us via the Contact page.

How to check your ticket and understand the results

How do I check my ticket?

Go to the ticket checking page, enter your ticket number — we will show the status, draw date, and prize amount if applicable.

Where do I find my ticket number?

The number is printed on the ticket itself (sometimes next to the QR code). In your account it appears in the Tickets tab.

What do the statuses "pending", "no_result" and "won" mean?
  • pending the draw has not taken place yet — waiting for the draw date;
  • no_result ticket found, but no draw data is available yet;
  • won there is a win (the amount will be shown if available).
The QR code on my ticket won't open

Allow pop-ups in your browser and try again. In your account, click "Show QR" — it will open in a new tab.

When and how results are published

Where can I see the latest results?

On the Results page — it has filters by game and date.

How often are results updated?

As soon as we receive confirmed draw data. If results are not yet available — the ticket may show a pending or no_result status.

Why does Results show a game not listed on the home page?

We sometimes publish historical draws even if the game is not active in the store. Ticket checking for those draws still works.

Prizes

Claiming and understanding your winnings

I won. How do I claim my prize?

Online payments are not processed here. Follow the instructions from the organiser of your offline ticket, or write to us via the contact page — we will guide you through the process.

Why is my prize showing without an amount?

The amount is displayed once confirmed data is available. Otherwise the win status is shown without a specific value.

Where can I see winner stories?

On the Winners page — it shows a showcase of static and (where available) real winners from the database.

I can't log in

Check that you are using the correct email address. If the problem persists, please contact us — we will help restore access.

How do I change my email address?

For now, data changes are handled through support. Please provide your current email, the desired new one, and a brief reason.

What information do you store about me?

Only the minimum required to operate your account: email, tickets, draw statuses. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
